New Renault Twingo EV in the UK: wet and windy walk-around in Wiltshire

A quick, rainy look around the new Renault Twingo EV at the Western Group of Motoring Writers Driving Day in Wiltshire.

This was a left-hand-drive, French-registered car, and drives were limited to around 15-20 minutes, so this isn’t a full review, just a short Petrolblog walk-around and first look while I had the chance.

No glossy production, no dramatic music, just a small electric Renault, some very British weather, and a few thoughts from a brief encounter.

The new Twingo EV has a 27.5kWh battery, 82bhp and up to 163 miles of range, with European pricing starting from under €20,000. UK pricing is still to be confirmed.
