Green Car of the Year. When it comes to automotive awards, this is one category that manufacturers really want to win. An opportunity to win some much needed kudos points and a chance to generate some green-related PR over your competition.
Well as part of the lavish end of year PetrolBlog awards ceremony, this is your chance to vote for the PetrolBlog Green Car of the Year 2010. You have selected 20 green cars over the past few months, but now it is your chance to vote for the best. Don't worry if your ultimate green car hasn't been featured yet, there will be more updates in 2011. So vote for your favourite - the poll closes at 23:59 on the 17th December 2010. Only one vote per person.
But there's more. You could win too. PetrolBlog is giving away this 'money can't buy' gift set. This bumper set includes:
- James May Motormania Car Quiz DVD
- 007 The Car Chases DVD
- Autocar magazine, 28th August 2002
- Vauxhall Car & Van Rental post-it notes
- Genuine Ford Ghia badge
No expense has been spared in putting together this amazing prize. To have a chance of winning simply vote for your favourite green car and then head across to our new Facebook page and 'Like' the link to this award. Alternatively retweet a link to this poll on Twitter using the #greencarsrock hash tag! If you're not on Twitter or don't have a Facebook account, then drop me a note and I'll enter you into the virtual hat. Winner will be chosen at random by my cat on the 18th December 2010. Good luck and thanks for voting.
The Green Car of the Year, as chosen by you, will be announced later in the month.
