Petrolblog Fleet Update 2025: Holes, Head Gaskets & Hopeless Optimism
It’s been a while since the last update, mainly because most of the Petrolblog fleet has been either off the road, misbehaving or in need of something expensive and obscure.
So, here it is: a slightly tatty and waffly Fleet Update 2025. Featuring holes the size of fruit, head gaskets made of hope, and the kind of blind optimism that keeps daft old cars alive.
In this video:
Fiat Coupé 16v – the fruit bowl of rust.
Peugeot 406 Coupé – the £300 hero.
Citroën Xsara Coupé VTS – the CAR SOS birthday surprise.
Volvo 144 (Nöddy) – the Swedish soap opera.
Toyota Camry – the Tatty Tank.
Citroën ZX 16v – part barn, part car.
Renault Safrane – quietly existing.
Volkswagen Corrado VR6 – the family favourite.
Citroën AX GT – still unforgivable.
If you enjoy this kind of nonsense and want to help keep the tat alive, you can join Club Petrolblog. For £13.60 a year (in honour of the Citroën AX GT’s 1360cc engine, because of course it is), you’ll get a sticker, keyring, discounts and a warm fuzzy feeling. Possibly a few crumbs.
