VIDEO: Here's the entire PetrolBlog fleet in 20 minutes
I'm not your typical YouTuber. For a start, I don't like being in front of a camera. I'll do my level best to avoid having my photograph taken. I'm also the kind of person who will remember the ONE piece of negativity, even if 99 people said something positive about my work.
So it might surprise you to discover that PetrolBlog has a YouTube channel. Like and subscribe, etc, etc.
It's not very good. At the time of writing the channel has just passed the 400 subscribers mark, which makes it one of the least popular motoring channels in the world. But that's fine, because I don't want to draw too much attention to myself.
In truth, it's much like this website. Niche, a little rough around the edges, socially awkward and with a hint of beige.
Yesterday, thanks to a rare day off and some equally rare sunshine, I managed to gather nearly all of the PetrolBlog fleet in a paddock for a brief (20-minute) video. It's the first time they've been seen together – and probably the first time they've all been working under their own steam. Full disclosure: the W123 had to borrow the Laguna's battery and the 406 lent its battery to the Corrado, but you get the point.
Personally, seeing the fleet lined up – minus the AX, ZX and ‘Elaine Beige’ – brings a smile to my face. The cars are a reflection of me and – I hope – this website. They've been collected over the course of a decade and I wouldn't swap any of them for something newer, shinier or more expensive.
Much as I hate doing this, I'd invite you to have a watch and click the ‘like’ button, as this will encourage me to do more videos.
(Almost) the entire PetrolBlog fleet

Don't worry, words will still happen – the YouTube channel isn't about to replace the blog. But at least you can see what I spend my pocket money on. Thanks for watching, etc.
