The Golden Boot: Vote for your Shatchback of the Year 2011

It's the most anticipated and highly sought after award of the year. Forget the Oscars. Forget the BBC Sports Personality of the Year. Even forget the Best Pork Sausage of the Year. The one that everyone has been waiting for is the prestigious Shatchback of the Year award. Which automotive afterthought is best deserving of the Golden Boot?

In true Celebrity Come Ice Skating, I'm A Failed Z-lister So Get Me In There style, it's your votes that matter. Which Shatchback has the greatest capacity to make children cry? Which booted horror has the potential to make you sick? In short, which is the most hideous Shatchback ever to appear on PetrolBlog?

A total of 27 Shatchbacks have graced the pages of PetrolBlog since July 2010, but following a small cull, you can choose from 25. The reason being is that the Maruti Dzire and Suzuki Swift have done a Dagenham & Redbridge to form a partnership. Also, with apologies to Tim, I've removed the Vauxhall Chevette from the voting. It's just not fair to place the rear-wheel drive retro hero alongside the modern horror stories.
